Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality personal care and assistance to elderly clients in their homes.
Support daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful social and recreational activities.
Assist with mobility and transportation to medical appointments and community outings.
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
Observe and report any changes in clients’ health, wellbeing, or behaviour.
About You
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic with a genuine passion for aged care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Requirements
Availability for casual and on-call shifts.
Valid Police Check (issued within the last 6 months).
Current Australian driver’s licence and regular access to a reliable vehicle.
Previous experience in Aged Care, NDIS, or a similar support role is highly regarded.
