The Role

Toll People is currently seeking highly motivated and safety-focused LF Forklift Operators for ongoing roles with one of our leading distribution warehouse clients. These positions offer stable hours, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for growth and development. Shift hours are 10am to 6pm paying $34.32 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach Forklift
• Replenishments
• Putaways
• Loading and unloading trucks - via forklift
• Use of RF scanners
• Picking, packing, and moving stock with high accuracy
• Perform manual handling duties
• Following all safety procedures and warehouse protocols
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Skills & Experience

• Valid LF Forklift Licence
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution setting
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Have a safety obsessed mindset
• Provide two valid work references
