The Company
My client is an established Insurance Builder servicing Queensland and New South Wales with over a decade of experience supporting homeowners, property managers, and businesses get back on their feet.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Site Supervisor with at least 5 years construction experience to manage complex projects.

The role

• Oversee a portfolio of complex/major loss projects
• Lead team members and internal trades
• Manage KPI's, quality assurance and client SLA's
• Monitor construction programs and project delivery
• Liaise with all stakeholders and provide updates
• Assist with training and onboarding of new staff/trades

Your time will be split between road, home and in office and there are 2 office locations to work from - Logan and Clayfield.

The Right Person

• Kind, can have a laugh and works hard
• 5+ years site supervising experience
• QBCC qualified
• Sound understanding of building codes and safety legalisation
• Experience with Prime Ecosystem is a bonus
• Insurance building experience ideal but not mandatory
