About the role

We are currently seeking motivated, caring and committed individuals as Aged Support Workers who live on or around Magnetic Island to provide in home personal care and domestic assistance. You will provide delivery of support services in the community to people living in their own homes

Duties include-

Domestic assistance - General housework including but not limited to dusting, ironing, moping, cleaning bathrooms & Kitchen's, laundry.

Personal care assistance - Showering, toileting, grooming and dressing.

Reporting and documentation

You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.

NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory)

First Aid certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)

Working with Children Check or willing to obtain (Paid (mandatory)

Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing

Days/Hours

There are a variety of short (2-3 hour) shifts available (Mon-Fri) please indicate your availability during your application

Having a car and current license is essential to travel to and from homes in the community.
