Proven Energy is a long-standing, reputable solar and battery installation company servicing Toowoomba, the Darling Downs and the Sunshine Coast. With continued growth across residential, commercial and off-grid projects, we're looking for an enthusiastic Solar Labourer to join our team.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated labourer who is confident working at heights and comfortable supporting our installation teams on site. This is a hands-on role assisting with:

Solar panel loading, lifting and placement

Roofing preparation and panel mounting

General site labouring and clean-up

Assisting qualified electricians

Warehouse and equipment handling as required

Requirements

✅ Current White Card
✅ Working at Heights ticket
✅ Solar, Roofing or similar experience highly regarded
✅ Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
✅ Reliable, punctual and able to work in a team
✅ Available for an immediate start
