About the Role
As a Production Operator, you'll be hands-on across various stages of the manufacturing process, including:
- Operating and monitoring high-speed machinery
- Manual handling and packing of finished goods
- Quality checking and product inspection
- Cleaning and sanitising equipment and work areas
- Following strict food safety and hygiene protocols

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or production (preferred)
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 15kg
- Comfortable working in a cold/refrigerated environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transport and full availability for 12-hour shifts
Bonus Points For
- Forklift licence (LF)
- Experience with HACCP or GMP standards
- Previous work in chilled food environments
