The Role (What You’ll Do)

Make a real difference by supporting participants with:

Community access & social connection

Emotional wellbeing and daily coping skills

Daily living tasks & independent living (meal prep, routines, household tasks)

Compassionate, trauma-aware support

What You’ll Bring (Requirements)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)

National Police Check

Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)

Driver’s licence & reliable vehicle (preferred)

Cert III/IV in Mental Health, Disability, Community Services or relevant experience

If you don’t have all the boxes ticked yet, but you have the right attitude and heart, we still want to hear from you. We can guide you through clearances and training.

Nice to Have

Experience with complex mental health and/or psychosocial disability

Knowledge of trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practice

Confidence with documentation/shift notes and basic tech (apps, email)
