Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and well organised Field Service Co-Ordinator who can help us deliver a seamless client experience, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with company and industry standards.

About the role:

This exciting opportunity will see you leading and supporting a team of Mechanics and Electricians in a field-service capacity. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Field Service Co-Ordinator will be responsible for delivering end-to-end operational support, ensuring efficient deployment of field personnel, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will manage a dynamic portfolio of field-based employees, driving performance, safety, and service excellence across multi-faceted sites.

With support from the Operations Manager, other experienced managers and a highly skilled operations administration team, the coordinator will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

· Day to day scheduling of work to maintain a consistent work-flow.

· Preparing quotes and proposals for clients - including accurate pricing analysis.

· Liaise and co-ordinate with the purchasing team for all required parts.

· Tracking of client enquiries ensuring they are entered, issued and processed quickly.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations.

Skills and Attributes:

· Previous experience in a Co-Ordinators role, or a someone with a Trade background ready to step away from the tools.

· Attention to detail and accuracy for all requirements of each job.

· Microsoft Office Suite, Word and Excel are essential.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Excellent problem-solving & team collaboration skills.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
