I've partnered with a well-loved, national Tier 1 subcontractor with an excellent reputation in the market spanning over 50 years specialising in the commercial project market. My client has already had a successful start to 2025 and gearing up for a busy end to 2025, with work secured until 2030.

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial construction industry. Project sectors include education, residential towers, health, industrial, government, and more between $50m - $300m+.

After newly award project wins, my client is looking for minimum 2 super stars to come on board!

Either: x 1 Site Engineer and x 1 Project Engineer.

• Structural and commercial experience is advantageous.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Site & Project Engineers to join the team in their Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to grow their career to step into this role.

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 3-5 years + industry experience running your own projects between $50m - $300m+
• Structural experience is advantageous.
