What You’ll Do:

• Provide person-centred podiatry services to a diverse client base, with a focus on enhancing quality of life and promoting independence.

• Be involved in chronic disease management, especially for conditions like diabetes and vascular disease, alongside wound care and orthotic prescription.

• Work with clients from a variety of funding sources, including HCP, MBS, NDIS, and other community care models.

• Work in clinics base for clients with Gov funded programs and private clients.

• Travel between clients to deliver in-home care and help them remain safe, mobile, and independent within their communities.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Podiatrists with a background in community care, chronic disease management, and aged care podiatry.

• Clinicians who understand the challenges of chronic care models and can navigate various funding sources (SaH, HCP, NDIS, MBS).

• Someone who thrives on innovation and wants to contribute to shaping the future of podiatry within a growing organisation.

• Flexible and independent workers who enjoy the variety of travelling between clients, with a willingness to drive across different areas.

• A valid driver’s license and reliable car are essential.
