Installer – Swimming Pools

Full time | $30–$35 per hour | Perth WA

Aquatic Leisure Technologies (ALT) is WA’s leading fibreglass swimming pool manufacturer — a proud, family-owned company operating for more than 49 years.

Due to strong demand, we’re expanding our Installations Division and looking for experienced Installers to join our Perth team.

You’ll work outdoors alongside an experienced crew installing fibreglass pools across the metro area. Tasks include site setup, digging and levelling, installing pipework and equipment, and liaising with customers to ensure a professional finish every time.

What you’ll need:

Construction White Card

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Australian work rights

Strong attention to detail and safe work habits

This is a physically active, hands-on role suited to someone with practical construction or trades experience. You’ll need to be comfortable with manual digging, trenching and lifting materials safely as part of a team. Experience in pool installation, construction or landscaping is highly regarded, but reliability and attitude are just as important — full training provided.
