About the Role
We're seeking Enrolled Nurses with a passion for surgical care and a desire to grow, lead, and make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care under RN supervision
- Support patients through their recovery and rehabilitation
- Contribute to quality improvement and safety initiatives
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimise outcomes
- Act as a role model for compassionate, patient-centred care
What You'll Bring:
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (with medication endorsement)
- Experience or interest in orthopaedic or surgical nursing
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Commitment to quality and safety
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Intermediate computer literacy

If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF - NSW Nurses and Midwives' - Enterprise Agreement 2020 - 2024, a salary ranging from $32.13 - $34.96 per hour.

After 30 years as the Baulkham Hills Private Hospital on Windsor Road in Baulkham Hills, the hospital relocated to a purpose built site at Bella Vista to better serve the local community. The new hospital, Norwest Private Hospital opened on 6 September 2009.
