Heritage Trail Lodge has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and versatile hospitality professional to join our friendly team.

Heritage Trail Lodge is a ten-room lodge nestled in the heart of Margaret River. We offer exceptional service to our guests and pride ourselves on getting great reviews and happy returning guests.

The role:
You will be responsible for all areas of housekeeping with tasks including but not limited to:

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and common areas

Ensure rooms are properly cleaned, stocked and prepared for incoming guests

Monitor and maintain cleaning supply inventory

Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed

Follow all safety and hygiene protocols

Assist with laundry duties as required

Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services

We are searching for an individual who:

Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel/motel setting preferred

Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness

Physical ability to perform cleaning duties throughout a full shift

Excellent time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professional presentation and positive attitude

Understanding of workplace health and safety practices

Immediate start available for the right candidate.

This is a Casual position (10-15 hours/week) on a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and public holidays. In addition, applicants must be immaculately presented.
