Are you ready to make a lasting impact on the Northern Territory’s infrastructure future?

This position provides high level professional advice to Senior Management, Regions, Client Agencies and Project Managers on the planning, development, and management of infrastructure programs, including Capital Works, Minor New Works and Repairs and Maintenance for roads and civil infrastructure across the Northern Territory.

Key Responsibilities

Advise Senior Management, Regions, Client Agencies, and Project Managers on program planning and delivery.

Lead and coordinate infrastructure projects to ensure quality, timeliness, and value for money.

Provide expert input into policy development, governance, and strategic decision-making.

Support continuous improvement in infrastructure planning and asset management.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.

Proven experience managing road and civil infrastructure programs.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
