We are now approaching 10 years’ operating in WA, our business continues to experience significant growth and we remain on the lookout for capable HR Drivers wanting to join our team’s expanding Fleet of drivers.

In addition, we have emerging opportunities to be considered for Leading Hand responsibilities in the future.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Front-Lift HR Truck Driver, you will operate a waste collection vehicle in the Perth region, based from our Bayswater Depot.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include servicing multiple customer sites, operating a safe, modern, and reliable fleet that is maintained in our on-site workshops. As part of the essential services industry, you'll enjoy job stability while providing reliability to our customers.

You will have family-friendly hours with early starts (around 4am) and early finishes, and the opportunity to earn great pay rates, including overtime and weekend work.

ABOUT YOU

Current HR license

Front Lift truck experience is preferred, though full training will be provided

Ability to structure runs and maintain excellent customer rapport

Commitment to workplace safety and JJ’s Waste values

Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical, drug, and alcohol test

Strong relationship-building skills
