We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Project Managers who are passionate about delivering meaningful outcomes for Tasmanian organisations.

2PM Services (2PM) is a close-knit, values-driven project management consultancy based in Hobart, Tasmania. We partner with clients across government, NFP, and the private sector to plan and deliver complex projects, with a particular focus on ICT system implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.

As we continue to grow, we are looking to connect with seasoned local consultants (minimum five years’ experience) who bring a strong understanding of the Tasmanian business landscape and well-established professional networks.

What we are looking for:

Minimum five years’ experience in project management, ideally in ICT-related projects (e.g. system implementations, digital transformations, or technology rollouts).

Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end project delivery - from initiation and planning through to implementation and handover.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.

Proven ability to balance governance and agility, keeping projects on track while adapting to change.

A collaborative, pragmatic, and hands-on approach - someone who is just as comfortable in the detail as they are leading at the strategic level.

Relevant certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) or experience with HRIS, Maximo, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, EPIC / eMR will be highly regarded.

What you will do:

Lead project planning, execution, and delivery within agreed scope, time, and budget.

Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to keep projects on track.

Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, building trusted relationships.

Prepare reports and present updates to senior leadership.

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery practices.
