We are seeking an enthusiastic Certificate III Educator to join our team at Newport Gardens Early Years Centre.

We are a large family friendly team whom are flexible and value children's voices. We have a beautiful environment, amazing outdoors including a bush garden. We have efficient planning time, training opportunities including an annual conference where we all of ECMS come together and we close for two weeks at Christmas and not to mention a fabulous coffee shop across the road.

This is a full-time ongoing role, working 38 hours per week on a rotating roster

About you

• You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference.
• You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child.
• You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member.
• You have a drive to grow and improve continually.
• You value kindness and respect.
• You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations.
• You hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC, mandatory reporting certificate, police check and a first aid certificate.
