Position Overview:

This role focuses on seeking an experienced and motivated Loader and Excavator Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for safely and effectively carrying out the final stages of earthmoving projects. This is a FIFO role from Perth, working on a 2:1 roster, with hourly and fortnightly pay.

The role involves:

Operate specialised earthmoving equipment such as IT Loaders and Excavators to perform final grading & earthworks tasks

Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, meeting safety and quality control measures

Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the final stages of the project

Maintain detailed records and documentation related to your work

Uphold strict health, safety and environmental protocols at all times

Daily pre-start checks and equipment care

Working closely with supervisors and other crew members to achieve production targets

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Plant Operator in the construction industry

GPS and LPS / UTS machine control experience highly regarded

Demonstrated proficiency in operating a variety of earthmoving equipment

Hold all relevant tickets - White Card, Front End Loader & Excavator

Valid C-Class WA Driver's Licence - HR Preferable

Willingness to under-go a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
