We are seeking qualified Educators (ECTs, Diplomas, Cert 3s) to fill key roles at our Long Day Care Centre in Maroubra. Licensed for 120 children across 3 levels with ample underground parking and access by public transport. We are open to applicants who are interested in working, part-time, full time and casual. We are flexible with working hours to accommodate busy schedules.

Candidates must demonstrate commitment, flexibility, enthusiasm and value multi-age education. Qualified roles require knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, an understanding of the National Quality Standards and the ability to work in an innovative and collaborative way. The role also includes participation in our Community Engagement Program to build relationships with key stakeholders. This is consistent with our philosophy, which values community partnership as critical to children's holistic learning.

Successful candidates will have:

Recognised qualification or working towards (Cert 3, Diploma and Early Childhood Degree)

A Working with Children Check

A Senior First Aid/Anaphylaxis/Asthma certificate

Child Protection Certification

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Willingness to work in a flexible way

A 'can do' positive work ethic

Leadership skills are preferable for lead roles
