Head Pool Installer – Billabong Pool Co. (Wollongong & Picton)

We’re looking for an experienced Head Pool Installer to join our growing team at Billabong Pool Co., a proud local family business and authorised Nexus Pools dealer.

About the role:
You’ll be leading fibreglass pool installations from start to finish, including coordinating on-site works, guiding the crew, and ensuring each project runs smoothly and to a high standard. You’ll report to our Construction Manager, who will provide support and oversight across projects, but you’ll take the lead on site to make sure every install is delivered safely, efficiently, and with the quality Billabong Pool Co. is known for.

Your day-to-day will include:
• Overseeing excavation, setting out, and installation of fibreglass pools
• Managing and mentoring installers and labourers on site
• Liaising with the Construction Manager to plan upcoming works, troubleshoot issues, and ensure each project stays on schedule
• Coordinating with clients, crane operators, and suppliers
• Ensuring installs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a premium finish
• Maintaining site documentation and communicating with the office team

What we’re looking for:
✅ Minimum 3 years experience in fibreglass pool construction
✅ Strong understanding of excavation, levels, plumbing and concreting
✅ Ability to read plans and problem-solve on site
✅ Current driver’s licence and White Card
✅ A great attitude, reliability, and pride in your work

✅ Great customer service skills

✅ MR/HR License a bonus (but not essential)
