About the Roles

Bakers
If you’re passionate about baking and skilled in crafting a variety of breads, this is your opportunity to join a fast-paced, creative, and supportive team.
We’re looking for people who:

Have experience in high-volume bread production

Are confident working with different doughs (sourdough, whole grain, etc.)

Can mix, shape, and bake to artisan standards

Work well independently but thrive in a collaborative team environment

Are flexible to work across a rotating roster, with shifts primarily mid-morning to afternoon

Process Workers – Production & Packing
We’re also seeking reliable process workers to support our production and packing departments. You’ll need to be physically fit, comfortable working in a warm environment, and committed to maintaining food-handling and hygiene standards. Previous experience in a bakery or food production setting is preferred.
