We're currently seeking a skilled and reflective mental health professional — counsellor, psychotherapist, psychologist, or accredited mental health social worker — to deliver evidence-based therapy that makes a genuine difference in people's lives.

Mindbright is a well-regarded private counselling practice based in Karratha, WA. Since 2017, we've grown from a solo practice into a trusted provider of individual, couples, and workplace counselling within our community. Our approach is practical, down-to-earth, and deeply human. About You

You're experienced, insightful, and confident in delivering evidence-based interventions in a client-centred way. You bring warmth and clinical maturity to your practice and are energised by authentic therapeutic work.

You may already call Karratha home, or you might be seeking a fresh start in a place where your work has real community impact.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

Are fully registered with AHPRA, hold current membership with PACFA or ACA, or are an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with the AASW

Have at least two years' experience providing counselling to adults in a clinical setting (essential), with experience or interest in couples work viewed favourably

Work from an evidence-informed framework and adapt flexibly to client needs

Are confident working independently while collaborating with a supportive team

Bring a grounded, ethical, and thoughtful approach to client care
