We are looking for an experienced business operations or project support leader who thrives on driving efficiency, managing teams, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
About the Role
We’re seeking a Specialist Business Services professional to lead and develop a diverse team delivering essential administrative, coordination, and project support services to operational and functional teams. You’ll oversee end-to-end service delivery — from team performance and contractor coordination to continuous improvement initiatives — ensuring all processes align with organisational standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of eight to deliver consistent and high-quality business and project support.
- Oversee EPCM contractor onboarding, mobilisation, and compliance with company systems such as Pegasus and Workday.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery processes, tools, and templates.
- Partner closely with project teams and functional leaders to understand and deliver support requirements.
- Manage light vehicle fleet operations, seating and building utilisation, and related administrative functions.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure project needs are met.
- Oversee and continuously improve project listing and tracking systems.
- Ensure all services meet required standards, compliance, and timelines.
- Contribute to business continuity initiatives and special projects as required.

- Proven experience in team leadership and performance management (ideally 5+ direct reports).
- Strong background in business services, project support, or operations management within complex or project-driven environments.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
- Confidence in driving continuous improvement and streamlining processes.
- Familiarity with contractor management systems (Pegasus, Workday, Avetta) advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing demands.
- A collaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
