We have opportunities for an experienced and driven MC/HC Truck Driver to join our team working on projects across Melbourne's Southeastern suburbs on a 12-month fixed term basis.

About the opportunity
Reporting to the Procurement Managers, your key duties include, but are not limited to:

• Transport material between job sites and local quarries, as per daily schedule.
• Deliver materials to pavement crews across job sites.
• Conduct basic daily maintenance of truck and trailer, such as oil, water and tires.
• Participate in daily pre-start meetings.
• Complete dockets and other paperwork as required.
• Demonstrate safe working practices at all times.
• Participate in audit activities, truck safety inspections and other requirements as directed.

About You
To be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Manual HC license and experience towing a quad trailer.
• Ability to drive Road Ranger.
• Tickets and experience in earth moving plant/ equipment would be considered an advantage.
• Previous civil construction industry experience.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively within a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime and on weekends as required.
• Positive with a can-do attitude and high personal and professional work standard.
• OH&S Induction card (white card)
