We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Workers for casual positions across aged care sites in the Gold Coast region, including suburbs like Labrador, Southport, and Benowa.

Position Summary

As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting elderly residents with their day-to-day needs while promoting dignity, safety, and wellbeing in a professional care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
  
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health to the nursing team.
  
• Participate in the implementation and review of resident care plans.
  
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents.
  
• Uphold resident confidentiality, dignity, and privacy at all times.
  
• Work effectively within a team-based facility environment.
  

Essential Requirements

Certificate III in Individual Support ( Aged Care) or an equivalent qualification.

Previous experience working in residential aged care settings is essential.

Full Australian working rights.

Current Queensland "C" Class Driver's Licence.

Valid National Police Check.

Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.

Current Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

Evidence of current Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations.
