We’re currently seeking a Casual Retail Sales Specialist to join our Hoppers Crossing VIC store for weekend shifts only. This role is ideal for someone seeking a role in a fast-paced, supportive retail environment.

About the Role:

• Assist customers in-store and over the phone with product advice and sales
  
• Promote current specials, new arrivals, and store offers
  
• Provide friendly, solution-focused customer support
  
• Achieve store and individual sales targets
• Maintain store presentation and restock shelves as required
  
• Work every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 4pm

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for trade and sales
  
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset
  
• Confidence using computers and point-of-sale systems
  
• Some knowledge of tools and power tools (preferred, not essential)
  
• The ability to commit to a set weekend schedule and work independently
