About Us

One Crew Electrical & HVAC is part of Cope Industries QLD Pty Ltd, a fast-growing trade group operating across Queensland.

Following our acquisition of Clancy Corp in Mount Isa, we’re expanding rapidly and building a strong statewide team across electrical, air-conditioning, and refrigeration.

We’re looking for a motivated Electrician who wants to take their skills further — with full support to complete dual trade refrigeration training and become part of a high-performing, growth-driven crew.

The Role

Based in Brisbane or the Gold Coast, you’ll handle a mix of domestic and light commercial electrical work, with opportunities for refrigeration and air-conditioning projects as you develop your dual trade skills.

Short-term away work in Mount Isa is also available for those who want extra experience and earnings.

You’ll be involved in:

Electrical service, maintenance & installs

Split system, ducted AC and refrigeration works

Fault finding & preventative maintenance

Learning refrigeration systems (with training support)
