WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

Join the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Regional Community Nursing Casual Pool and make a meaningful difference to clients across a range of community health programs. You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care in areas such as post-acute care, palliative and end-of-life support, the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, Community Home Link, Rapid Intensive Brokerage Service, and the Transition Care Program.

This role is essential to supporting a 7-day, out-of-hours service, ensuring timely care for clients and helping maintain continuity across our programs. • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care needs in collaboration with other disciplines.
• Provide guidance and support to Enrolled Nurses, students, and less experienced staff.
