Our Graduate Program

Our 2026 New Graduate Training Program gives you the tools and support to thrive from day one. You’ll have access to:

A structured onboarding and mentoring program, including weekly supervision, observation, and case shadowing.

Learning opportunities across multiple clinical environments: clinic, community, NDIS, Support at Home, DVA, and WorkCover.

Regular case review and triage meetings to guide clinical reasoning and decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or degree in Occupational Therapy.

Current or pending AHPRA registration.

Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work across varied client populations and funding models.

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for community travel.

Commitment to providing evidence-based, client-centred care.

Your Role

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ functional abilities and daily living challenges.

Develop and implement personalised, evidence-based treatment plans.

Deliver therapy across multiple settings: clinic, community, NDIS, Support at Home (Aged Care), DVA, and WorkCover.

Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Maintain accurate and professional clinical documentation.

Contribute to service and business development within the Occupational Therapy stream.
