About the role

We are looking for a front of house superstar to join our team.

Working as a member of our front of house team, you'll be engaging with our guests to provide exceptional customer service and create great food and drink experiences.
Our opening hours are 6:30am-4pm 7days per week- no split shifts or night work required.
This role is a full-time permanent position.

Desirable skills + experience

Our ideal candidate would:

Have barista experience in a high volume, fast paced setting or have some barista experience which can be expanded on

Have general front of house experience at a busy cafe/restaurant

Have a customer focused attitude and focus on a high level of service

Be a good communicator and able to work well has part of a team

Approach their days with a ‘can do’ positive attitude

Be able to work calmly, quickly and methodically under pressure while maintaining a high level of service for our guests at all times
