Roster: 2:1 FIFO (1 week days / 1 week nights)

Rate: $50.00 day shift / $57.50 night shift + super on all hours

Our client is expanding load-and-haul at the mine site —an active Pilbara/Goldfields fringe site with new haul road builds, ROM expansion and mobile crushing activity. Expect wide, well-maintained haul roads and a professional camp setup close to the mining hub. Crews run a mixed production fleet of:

Komatsu 785 (rigid)

Caterpillar 777 (rigid)

Komatsu 730E (electric drive)

You’ll join a high-output team focused on consistent tonnes to ROM and stockpiles as they ramp up volumes across multiple pits and benches.

What you’ll do

Operate large mining haul trucks safely in a live production circuit

Haul ore and waste to ROM, stockpiles and external dumps to plan and cycle targets

Maintain truck cleanliness; complete pre-starts, defect and shift reports

Work to dig plan, spotters and traffic rules; maintain haul road standards

Communicate clearly on radio; support dozer/loader/graders for efficient flow

What you’ll bring

Proven production time on Komatsu 785 / 730E and/or CAT 777

Valid C Class licence (HR desirable)

Strong safety mindset and reliability across day/night shifts

Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
