About the role

Geedup Concrete Pumping PTY LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Boom Pump Operator to join our team in Campbellfield, VIC. As a Concrete Pump Operator, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our concrete pumping services to construction sites across the region. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary.

What you'll be doing

Safely and efficiently operate concrete pumps to deliver concrete to construction sites

Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on concrete pumps

Communicate with construction site managers and other team members to coordinate concrete delivery

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies

Provide excellent customer service to our clients

Assist with other duties as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Concrete Pump Operator in the construction industry

Possess a current and valid High-Risk Work Licence (Concrete Pump - Truck Mounted Boom Type) and a valid HR driver's licence

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually

Commitment to safety and attention to detail
