What You'll Do
As a Marine Technical Support Specialist, you'll be the hero behind the headset, providing exceptional customer support and technical assistance to marine customers via phone, email, chat, and web.

Your role will include:

• Resolving customer questions and troubleshooting moderately complex technical issues.
• Providing expert advice on marine electronics, boating systems, and watercraft technology.
• Staying up to date with the latest product features, software updates, and marine innovations.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
