Your Skills/Experience:

The position will especially suit somebody that is eager to take on new and exciting challenges and who currently lives on the Northern Beaches or is looking to make a sea change. We will take any sort of experience in the industry into consideration but new grads are also encouraged to apply.

If you have a personal interest in exercise and fitness or have had experience in the industry whether it be personal training, group fitness, pilates or exercise physiology, you will be an ideal candidate.

Your goals will be supported, whether they involve specialising in a certain area of physiotherapy, or even future business ownership.

The position is intended to be a full-time role, however we welcome somebody wishing to start as part-time and build their hours up, and are also open to discussing alternative part-time options with the right candidate.

Some of your duties: You will manage a wide range of cases and conditions including -

Predominately Musculoskeletal and Sports injuries

Pre and post op orthopaedics

Work injuries

A little bit about us: With a 35 year history of serving the community of the Northern Beaches,Team8 provides high-end Physiotherapy, Remedial Massage, Pilates, Exercise Physiology Services to our community.

Our most recent change took place in 2024 when we introduced Team8 Active, our very own 500sqm gym equipped with state of the art Technogym machines which allows practitioners to take their therapeutic modalities to active and preventative levels at early stages of patient journey.

Requirements:

Full registration with AHPRA

Membership with APA

Current first aid certificate

Public liability and professional indemnity insurance

Fun, friendly and caring personality

Additional qualifications such as dry needling or training in pilates are helpful but are not essential
