Complete Care Assist is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our caring team. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centered support to individuals living with disabilities and life-limiting conditions, such as Motor Neurone Disease (MND).

We provide care for participants in their own homes across the Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane. You will work closely with participants and families to ensure dignity, comfort, and quality of life at every stage of care.

What We're Looking For:

Certificate III or IV in Disability / Individual Support / Aged Care (or equivalent)

Ideally 12 months or more experience in the sector, with palliative care experience strongly preferred

Empathetic, reliable and able to work independently

Current First Aid and CPR Certification

Blue Card / NDIS Worker Screening Card

Valid Driver's License
