What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and patching.

Applying paint, varnish, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.

Producing high-quality, consistent finishes with attention to detail.

Maintaining tools and equipment in excellent working condition.

Following safety requirements on-site to keep everyone protected.

What You’ll Bring

Certificate III or higher in Painting and Decorating.

Minimum 3 years’ painting experience.

Driver’s licence and reliable transport.

Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.

Team player attitude with the ability to also work independently.

Bonus Skills (Not Essential but Great to Have)

EWP, White Card, or Working at Heights ticket.

Experience on commercial repaints, new builds, or industrial sites.

Familiarity with two-pack, intumescent, or textured coatings.
