We are seeking an experienced and driven MIT to take on the role of Imaging Manager in a full modality clinic in Sydney's South.

This Radiology group has sites across Australia, and are entering an exciting period of growth in Sydney. Reporting to the Regional Manager, as the Imaging Manager you will work to deliver a high level of patient care through a team of dedicated Medical Imaging Technologists. You will ensure the smooth running of this private practice, upskilling and training MITs of varying experience levels, and compliance of equipment & procedures, protocols etc.

This role will see you heading up the Imaging team and driving patient-centered focus through the delivery of clinical excellence and a top tier patient experience.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for the position you must be able to demonstrate:

• AHPRA registration.
• NSW radiation license.
• Ideally a minimum of 5 years post-grad experience as an MIT
• Ability to work well in a team environment of both technical and clerical staff.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong patient focus.
• High level of attention to detail.
