We're seeking a Full-Time Portfolio Manager – Mental Health, based in either our Bathurst or Dubbo Office (Wiradjuri Country).
As Portfolio Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing the delivery of impactful mental health programs. You'll lead with purpose, ensuring excellence across service delivery, compliance, and team performance.
In this role, you will:
Provide strategic oversight for the implementation and performance of programs within the Mental Health portfolio
Lead and manage employees and subcontractors to ensure effective program delivery
Ensure compliance with funding agreements, the Clinical Governance Framework, and the Cultural Safety Framework
Monitor program outcomes to meet deliverables, performance indicators, and quality standards
Prepare and submit timely, accurate reports to funders and internal stakeholders, including audit schedules, client satisfaction data, annual plans, and evaluation outcomes

Selection Criteria
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Extensive experience in management within the health and/or social services sector
Proven leadership capabilities, including managing remote teams and applying high-level problem-solving skills
A strong track record in outcome-based contract management and program delivery
Ability to effectively coordinate resources to deliver high-quality services on time, within budget, and in alignment with contractual obligations
Sound knowledge of primary and mental health care services within the Australian context
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build partnerships and develop service pathways across diverse internal and external networks
