About the Role:

We are seeking a Gardener with Reticulation and Maintenance experience to join the Amaroo Gardening Team in maintaining the beautiful grounds and gardens of Amaroo Village. ​ Your responsibilities will include:

General ground works, building maintenance, and repair duties. ​

Maintaining gardens for the facilities and village residents. ​

Repairing and maintaining the reticulation system. ​

Collaborating with the maintenance team to address requests from staff, residents, contractors, volunteers, and visitors. ​

Ensuring kind and caring interactions with residents. ​

Adhering to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) procedures. ​

What We’re Looking For:

Experience or qualifications in gardening, reticulation repairs, maintenance, mowing and weed control. ​

Knowledge of WHS principles and safe work procedures. ​

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ​

Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills. ​

Strong organizational and prioritization skills. ​

Basic IT skills. ​

Current First Aid Certificate (desirable). ​

Availability for “on-call” rotation. ​

Valid WA Driver's License. ​

Flu vaccination. ​

Must have Current National Police Clearance (less than 6 months old). ​

Full Australian work rights (Permanent Resident or Citizen). ​
