Queensland Road Construction is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Asphalt Crew Members and or Truck Drivers to join our dynamic team in Brisbane and away work. As a casual or full time employee, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality road construction and maintenance projects across the QLD. Your work will involve operating specialised machinery and trucks to support the efficient delivery of our projects.

What you'll be doing

Operating a range of construction equipment and machinery such as pavers, profilers, rollers, bobcats and trucks to lay and compact asphalt

Ensuring safe and efficient transportation of materials and equipment to and from work sites

Working as part of a team to complete assigned tasks and meet project deadlines

Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders

Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an Asphalt Crew Member or Truck Driver in the construction industry

Competent in the operation of a range of construction equipment and machinery

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Valid driver's licence and construction industry tickets/certifications
