Are you a finance professional with a passion for process improvement and stakeholder collaboration? We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to lead the charge in ensuring accurate, timely claims and invoicing across a range of government-funded programs.

In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with operational leaders to ensure all eligible funding is claimed and invoiced correctly. You’ll be the go-to expert for billing systems and claims processes, helping to drive financial performance and compliance across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee billing and claims across platforms including Splose, Lumary, DSS, and DEWR systems
  • Partner with operational teams to ensure all available funds are claimed
  • Maintain strong knowledge of NDIS Price Guide and other funding models
  • Provide clear, actionable claims reporting to Finance and Executives
  • Deliver training and support to improve system use and claims accuracy
  • Manage debtors and ensure timely receipt of funds
  • Liaise with software providers to resolve issues and enhance systems
  • Respond to audit requests and maintain strong evidence trails
  • Support continuous improvement and act as backup for claims processing

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Employment Services or NDIS sectors
  • Strong understanding of government-funded claims processes
  • Hands-on experience with NDIS billing platforms (e.g., Splose, Lumary)
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Confident communicator and business partner to operational leaders
  • Experience in training delivery and system support
  • Preferred: Finance or Business qualification
  • Must meet compliance requirements: Police Check, WWCC, Driver’s Licence
