About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team at The German Arms Hotel in Hahndorf, SA on a casual basis. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner

Taking food and beverage orders and relaying them to the kitchen and bar staff

Serving meals and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner

Bar Experience will be preferable

Maintaining a clean and well-organised work area

Assisting with the preparation and replenishment of food and beverage items

Providing excellent customer service and resolving any guest inquiries or concerns

Must be 18 years or older to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a polite and helpful manner

Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role, preferably in the hospitality industry

A friendly, outgoing and professional demeanour with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or willingness to obtain one
