NT Total Maintenance based in Darwin are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Carpenter to support the upkeep and repair of large commercial premises. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards across various properties.

Core Responsibilities

Performing general carpentry tasks, including repairs and installations across shopping centres, office spaces, and tenancies.

Commercial defit/fitouts works.

Installing, testing, repairing, and replacing fixtures and fittings.

Performing basic plumbing tasks, including maintenance and repairs on taps, basins, toilets, and minor roof leaks.

Applying and repairing paint and plaster to damaged walls and ceilings.

Replacing locks on doors and windows as needed.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and skilled individual who meets the following criteria:

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in maintenance and repair work.

Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor environments.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Hold a current and valid Australian driver’s license.

Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Position Details

Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours per week).

Probation Period: 3 months.

Eligibility: Applicants must hold a valid Australian visa.
