All-Rounder General Labourer

Wolfcon is a trusted leader in roadside maintenance and vegetation control, delivering top-tier service for road users across NSW. Based in Goulburn, Wolfcon employs over 40 staff, managing major contracts for TfNSW, regional councils, private companies, and the general public.

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on individual, ideally with mechanical aptitude, to join our team as an All-Rounder General Labourer. This role is suited to someone with life experience, a strong work ethic, and an interest in varied outdoor tasks. The position is based in the Tenterfield area, with work along the New England Highway from Tenterfield to Tamworth. The working hours range from 12 to 20 hours per week.

As an All-Rounder, you’ll engage in:

Working within a small crew to complete roadside maintenance tasks.

Operating equipment, including zero-turn mowers, with training provided where necessary.

Cleaning, vegetation control, and rest area maintenance.

Minor repairs and small-scale construction on roadside facilities.

Completing digital work records and inspections to ensure quality.

Key Requirements:

Possession of a White Card and a valid driver’s license (Class P2 or above).

Flexibility to travel and work away when required for short periods (typically between 1-5 days).

A strong work ethic, reliability, and a can-do attitude.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Essential):

Traffic control qualifications and experience.

ChemCert certification.

First Aid training.
