Concrete Labourers – Entry Level

Looking to kickstart a long-term career in the civil and concreting industry? Allstaff is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Concrete Labourers to join our client's growing team located in the northern suburbs. You’ll work with experienced concreters and labourers across a variety of civil and road projects throughout Adelaide.

This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build a career in a stable, supportive environment. Whether you’ve worked in bricklaying, construction, or general labouring, your skills and attitude are what matter most.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with concrete pours and finishing
• Setting up formwork and site preparation
• Operating and cleaning tools, plant, and machinery
• Performing general labouring and site clean-up tasks
• Maintaining safe work practices at all times

Successful candidates will possess the following:

• Previous experience in concreting or construction (preferred but not essential)
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour
• Construction White Card (required)
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Background in bricklaying, landscaping, or similar trades (highly regarded)
