Roster Options (Mount Isa Local)

We understand that everyone’s situation is different — that’s why we offer flexible local rosters to suit your lifestyle:

Monday to Friday – 56-hour week

8 days on / 6 days off

13 days on / 8 days off

13 days on / 14 days off

Maintenance Roles

Keep mining and industrial assets running smoothly through preventative maintenance, breakdown response, and fault finding.

Project Roles

Work on installations, upgrades, and shutdowns across major mine sites — ideal for those who enjoy variety and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For

✅ QLD Electrical Licence

✅ Manual Australian Driver’s Licence

✅ Current LVR/CPR (within 12 months)

✅ High Risk EWP and/or Forklift (highly regarded)

✅ Proven maintenance or project experience in mining/industrial environments

✅ Ability to pass a pre-employment medical

✅ Team player with a strong safety mindset
