 The City of Armadale is looking for a motivated Project Manager to lead key OneCouncil (ERP) projects, delivering smarter, more efficient systems and improved services across the organisation.
 About the Role
 As part of the City’s OneCouncil team, you’ll lead the delivery of high-impact digital projects that enhance how we work and serve our community.
 You’ll manage timelines, risks, and resources, keeping stakeholders engaged and projects on track from planning through to go-live and benefit realisation.
 In this hands-on role, you’ll:
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of ERP modules within the City’s OneCouncil program.
 - Work collaboratively across departments to translate business needs into practical system solutions.
 - Manage all aspects of project delivery including scheduling, resourcing, vendor management, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
 - Mentor and guide a small project team to achieve successful outcomes.
 - Champion continuous improvement, ensuring lessons learned inform future projects.
 
About You
 You’re a proactive and well-rounded project manager who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and moves projects forward.
 You’ll bring:
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex, or integrated projects — ideally involving ERP or corporate systems.
 - Strong understanding of PRINCE2 or similar project management methodologies.
 - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
 - Confidence in managing risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
 - The ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
 - Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience in ERP or digital transformation projects.
 
Membership in a relevant professional body (AIPM, PMI, etc.) will be highly regarded.
