Carabooda Lawn is a leading Commercial Turf Farm. Est. in 1986, producing and selling quality turf varieties to Landscapers, Trade, Bunnings and the General Public.

About the Role: Full-Time Farm Hand

Compulsory Requirements:

Must have a Forklift high-risk license

Must have a C Class Manual Driver's License

Must pass drug and alcohol screening

Must have Police Clearance

Must pass full medical examination

Must pass VOC with tractors

First Aid Certificate is desirable

Be able to work seasonal hours and overtime

You must be physically fit

Turf farm experience is desirable

Two References, preferably from previous Employers

We are looking for the right candidate to join our Team. This is a physical and varied role, which includes operating various farm machinery, turf harvesting including manual stacking. Maintaining turf quality control including seasonal spraying of herbicides and insecticides.

There is opportunity to progress, learning all aspects of turf production progressing to a hands-on senior role. Your performance and progression will be reviewed regularly.

Generally, the hours are 6:30am - 2:30pm [Mon-Fri], with some overtime mainly during peak season as required. Good time-keeping and reliability is a must!
