This represents a rare opportunity with a very friendly and down to earth accounting firm based in Brisbane CBD. This firm is led by a team of experienced Directors who are easygoing and approachable.

POSITION

Due to internal restructuring, the position of Executive Assistant has been created to ensure the firm's future success.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Executive Assistance and Diary Management
  • ASIC & ATO Compliance Management
  • Process Optimisation & Change Implementation
  • Recruitment, Onboarding & Induction
  • Digital Filing Systems & Workflow Development
  • Client Relations & Document Management
  • HR Administration & Employee Engagement

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • 10+ years experience in a similar role in an accounting firm (no other industries will be considered)
  • Proven leadership and business improvement experience
  • Experience with cloud based accounting software packages
  • IT Savvy and ability to identify areas of improvement
  • Able to work in the CBD
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
