About the Position
As the Associate Professor – Pharmacy, you will be responsible for leading the pharmacy team, promoting pharmacy courses, leading the ongoing development of pharmacy programs to meet external accreditation requirements, building community engagement, supporting the development of research and building inter-professional networks across the Faculty of Health.
About You
To be successful, you will require:
- PhD or Professional Doctorate in a Pharmacy and / or Pharmacology related field
- Knowledge, understanding and/or experience of Pharmacy developments in higher education
- Demonstrated understanding of a university learning environment and equity programs and providing supportive education to people from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds and varying age groups.
- Knowledge and experience using an online learning system and experience in developing innovative and contemporary learning and teaching curriculum and content that is engaging and promotes learning.
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to represent the university at local and national forums, and to liaise, communicate, negotiate, and collaborate with stakeholders and industry partners, to promote the CDU Pharmacy courses

Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at HE Academic Level D. The base salary will be in the range of $162,335 - $167,421 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $189,931 - $195,882 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
